The Cohort Retreat is a 3-day creative gathering for church filmmakers, designers, storytellers, worship leaders, and production staff looking for soul-level connection and long-term community.

We know the weight of creating every week for your church. The pressure to perform. The joy and the burnout. This retreat isn’t about producing more. It’s about becoming whole again — surrounded by people who understand your calling because they share it.

At Cohort, you’ll experience powerful teaching, vulnerable conversations, shared meals, and plenty of space to slow down and remember why you started. You’ll leave with new creative friendships and a cohort group that will walk with you long after the weekend ends.
